OFFICE CLEANING

We begin with an initial deep cleaning that typically requires 1 or more sessions depending on the size of the office suite and extent of cleaning needed. A session can be several hours up to a full day. We maintain the cleanliness of your office with daily, semi-weekly, weekly or bi-weekly sessions as you choose.

Initial deep cleaning

• Thorough top-to-bottom cleaning of employee and visitor areas (offices, reception, meeting rooms, break rooms, corridors, stairwells, restrooms). As examples, you may want us to clean the following, but the list is completely up to you.
• light fixtures and fans (including inside fixture shades/bowls and the tops of fans and blades);
• pictures, mirrors and their frames;
• open shelves (and inside cabinets if requested);
• break room counters, sink and backsplashes;
• cabinet doors and trim;
• refrigerator and appliances;
• desktops, tabletops and edges, pedestals or legs;
• computers and keyboards;
• task chairs and legs;
• doors, frames and handles;
• windows and frames;
• bathroom fixtures, counters, lavatories, cabinetry;
• floors and baseboards.
• Work is not limited to this list if other items need cleaning.
• When we see anything else that needs attention in the spaces we are cleaning or you point it out, we will take care of it.

Weekly or bi-weekly cleaning

Typically 1 session weekly or every other week (more in needed depending on size of suite and your requirements). We can work in the morning or evenings outside of business hours. Includes all of the above, plus we look for whatever else needs to be done and take care of it.

Additional service options

We are flexible to add cleaning sessions, such as when you have special employee or customer activities, and to expand the areas you need cleaned.

RESTAURANT CLEANING

We begin with an initial deep cleaning that typically requires 2 to 3 sessions, then maintain cleanliness with daily, semi-weekly or weekly sessions as you choose to supplement your staff's routine cleaning. Sessions can be any length but typically are 4 to 5 hours.

Initial deep cleaning

• Thorough top-to-bottom cleaning of customer areas (dining rooms, reception, corridors, stairwells, balconies, restrooms). As examples, you may want us to clean the following, but the list is completely up to you.
• light fixtures and fans (including inside fixture shades/bowls and the tops of fans and blades);
• pictures, mirrors and their frames;
• open shelves (and inside cabinets and bar refrigerators if you need);
• countertops, bartops, sinks and backsplashes;
• bar and cabinet doors and trim;
• tabletops and edges, pedestals or legs;
• walls where needed;
• doors, frames and handles;
• windows and frames;
• chairs and legs;
• balcony railings;
• restroom fixtures, partitions and furnishings;
• floors and baseboards.
• Work is not limited to this list if other items need cleaning.
• As part of your team, when we see anything else that needs attention in the spaces we are cleaning or you point it out, we will take care of it.
• Excluded: Kitchen, food preparation and food storage areas.

Weekly cleaning

• Typically 1 session per week (more in needed depending on size of establishment and your requirements). We can start in early morning to complete cleaning before customer hours.
• Includes all of the above, plus we look for whatever else needs to be done and take care of it.
